But, It Doesn’t Look Like a Bird

Recently I had a vivid dream about a beautiful, bright green bird. I thought several times about recreating this dream-bird through my art, but the days passed by quickly and “Draw-a-Bird” day is already upon us.

It was about midnight when I suddenly woke up and realized that I hadn’t done anything for the monthly celebration of our feathery friends, so I stumbled out of bed, grabbed a warm robe, and headed to my little art room, still half asleep.

What I created was a “digital abstract” of the green bird from my dream. It doesn’t look much — if anything — like a bird, but I hope you’ll accept this as my contribution to our artistic community’s “Draw-a-Bird” flock for January.
